Rules Applicable Are Applied
-> To have some order and humanity on the Server, all of the following rules must be followed with out any selectivity!
Server Rules
-> When on the server, make sure you do not violate the applicable regional and international laws;
-> If you are not a member of a clan, more specifically the Belgium Fraggers, do not wear their tags;
-> Do not make any kind of insulting remarks (including cursing), no matter how frustrated you might be. This includes racial, sexual and other discrimination;
-> No cheats are allowed, this includes an aim-bot of any kind, wall-hack and other cheats;
-> Do not spam, doesn't matter if it is a chat or text message;
-> Watch for cheaters, rule breakers and admin abusers, report them to High Administrators on the Server or Forum. Do not take matters into your hands � this will most likely escalate the problem. Do not accuse people if you are not sure they did the crime;
-> You are allowed to have minor conversations in any language, but the main language of communication is English. You can have bigger conversations in other languages in Fire-Team Chat (if all FT-members understand the language, or agree with you using it) or by Private Messages;
-> Do not use trick-jumping nor double-jumping to do objective. This is allowed, however, for non-objectional endeavours, such as fragging, etc;
-> Respect everyone in all circumstances;
-> Do not copy the files of the server nor use them in your own benefit.
-> No advertizement is allowed;
-> Do not recruit any people you have met on our server;
-> Do not accuse people for things that are allowed, e.g. spawnkilling, spawncamping, heavy weaponry, etc.
-> Do not ask for administrative level or rank upgrades.
Forum Rules
-> When on the forum, make sure you do not violate the applicable regional and international laws;
-> Every topic created must have a title, which describes its contents;
-> Do not talk non-sense in serious topics;
-> Do not spam in the forums (this is allowed in the Spam section);
-> No double-posting;
-> Any thread that doesn't fit in an existing category will go under Off-Topic;
-> No insulting or discrimination of any kind;
-> Do not post any pornographic threads, advertizements or illegal material;
-> Do not copy forum material for your own benefit (e.g. create your own community);
-> Do not ask for administrative level or rank upgrades, this does not include asking for level 1 once you have registered on the forum;
-> Follow the Terms you accepted when you first registered on the forums;
-> Do not make a fake account.
Applicant Rules
-> You must follow all rules of the Forum and Server;
-> No skills of actual game skill is required, but it is a plus point;
-> Applicant is not allowed to be in a clan, while applying;
-> To apply you must have collected 50000 Experience Points, otherwise your application will be put on hold;
-> Fill in the application after fully reading and understanding the rules;
-> For guidance, or for the application in another language, read thread: How to Make an Application or consult with the recruiter who corresponds with your country;
-> Send the filled application to the correct recruiter by Private Message on the forum, and act upon his/her reply.
-> During the time between sending your application and receiving a final decision, you have to be active on the forums, server. If you are not your application will be put on hold or even denied. Also no name changing is allowed � especially without permission.
-> If you are not deprived of the right to reapply, you can do it after a month has passed since receiving the final decision about your recruitment (some exceptions may be done).
Member Rules
-> Make sure you do not violate the applicable regional and international laws;
-> No multi-clanning is tolerated;
-> As a member of the Belgium Fraggers, make sure your tags are displayed correctly - .Be| - at all times;
-> Do not disgrace the clan in any way. Remember, you do not only represent yourself, but also your country, the Clan and other members;
-> When sharing your privileged account on the server or forums, know that you will be held responsible for all actions commit by that person. It is highly recommended, that the person has his own
installment or etkey file of ET and account on the forum;
-> You are obligated to follow the responsibilities of your current rank in the clan;
-> You must stay active on both server and forum. If you know that you will be inactive for any period of time equal or longer than 10 days (7 days for Trial-Members) let the Administrators know � by a
Private Message or a post into the Inactivity section. This goes for leaving the clan as well;
-> Do not ask for administrative level or rank upgrades;
-> Do not change your name without proper permission.
Rights, Punishments and Updates
-> Any rule breaking, depending on the rule type and degree, will be punished. Punishments start from warnings, kicks, bans and demotions and go as far as legal penalties.
-> Self-evident unwritten rules also have to be followed at all times. This type of rule breaking may also result in a punishment.
-> Everybody has the right to appeal a punishment, if they think it is unfair or unrighteous in any way, to other Administrators. If you are still unhappy with their decision, you can appeal to the Recruitment Council, whose decision is final. The right to deprive the right to appeal remains with the Recruitment Council.
-> If necessary, rules will be updated. To avoid confusion and misunderstanding you must keep yourself informed of the rules. Breaking a rule, that you did not know about, is not an argument.
