Administrative Level: 10; Server Administrator ...
This admin can be one of several different individual responsibilities. As a Clan Leader, he is a respected longstanding leader that teaches, guides, and trains the entire clan for warfare. As an Adviser and/or Spokesman, his long term seniority gives him the responsibility for clan posturing, ethics. SA's must demonstrate a blend of technical skills and responsibility. The duties are those of diversity in skills which coordinates the entire efforts of its members. Wide-ranging, SA's are usually charged with installing, supporting, and maintaining servers or other computer systems, and planning for and responding to service outages and other problems. Other duties may include clan project management and being a consultant for computer problems beyond the knowledge of a technical support staff. The status of SA comes with the responsibility of maintaining fairness and enforcing rules on the server through member delegation expertise and long statistical studies generated by web-lined graphs. Trafficking populations to the organization and the servers is a main stress for this position. The SA's involvement broadens through techniques used for server configurations and settings that generate processing stability. A teacher of admin level structuring throughout the organization. His example of leadership spawns new assistants and proteges that will expand their own horizons, including those as helpers of the Webmasters. The Master Server Administrator's job includes all the responsibility to make the server safe including updates to shrub-bot levels and command creations for the servers. The structure and continued progress of the clan, is provided by his direction and guidance based upon the overall members status opinions.
Administrative Level: 9; Co-Server Administrator - Section Leader ...
A person who contributes to the fulfillment of a need or furtherance of an effort or purpose. This protege spends a great deal of time learning server administration, carefully protecting the stability and use of the servers. It can also be said that the CSA will preserve the back end of the servers for the enjoyment of the organization. His knowledge expands to usage of the shrub-bot. This admin is an extended full admin with those of recruiting and section leadership.
Administrative Level: 8; Master Administrator or Recruiter ...
Someone who supplies members or enlistments. This Admin has responsibility to teach "all" about the clan structure and answer questions to new recruits. The Recruiter will direct new potential members to TeamSpeak first, then the belgium-fraggers.ycn-hosting.com website registration (if they haven't). The Recruiter will assist the new member(s), with creating a SplatterLadder account without color tracking reservations. The Recruiter Admin is responsible for handing out correct admin levels on the servers, and seeing that these new members have updated and completed the Clan List. He may also create scrims, gun-train his members, and call team practices for his section.
Administrative Level: 7; Legendary Member ...
A person, who is retiring from ET without leaving the clan. This individual has plans to either come to play or talk on the forums every now and then. The rank is given to members, who deserve eternal membership for their commitment, contribution and endowment to the Clan. One can become a Legendary Member by quitting the Clan for external and objective reasons, while being at least a Full Administrator. Then the Recruitment Council decides whether or not the member is worthy of having the privileges being an LM grants - not being affected by the inactivity on the server nor forums, having the same administrative commands as a Level 6 Administrator and additionally having access to the Private Forums of the Belgium Fraggers' Clan. And all of this utterly diminish to the fact that once you are a Legend Member, you will always be one. The only substantial obligation from our side is that this figure continually sustains the tag of the Belgium Fraggers in his/her name.
Administrative Level: 6; Full Administrator ...
Complete in extent or degree and in every particular. The judge and jury of the servers. Assistant to their recruiter and section leader, the Full Admins, when present on the servers, are to always be using TeamSpeak. The Full Admins usually remain silent, while awaiting notifications of a server rule breaker or violation, by a player. alerts are sent from Senior Admins and Juniors, including other members and Guests using private messages and/or audible TeamSpeak. These Admins have the power to ban players.
Administrative Level: 5; Senior Administrator ...
Older; higher in rank; longer in length of tenure or service. Policemen of the .Be| Servers that monitor the rules in accordance to the structure. This admin will fair the teams, even if it means them joining the other side. They are the main put-teamers using the good gesture policy. Using the word "TEAMS", when the server announces that the teams are uneven, is a good request. The Senior Admin has the full authority of the rules on the servers. A Senior Admin is the eyes and ears of the servers and will report all their findings to the Full Admin.
Administrative Level: 4; Junior Administrator ...
Younger; lower in rank; shorter in length of tenure or service. These Junior Admins are responsible for watching bad language on the servers as muters. The talk should be censored from players using irreverent speech, vulgarities, profanity, spamming, swearing, sexual overtones, racial remarks, that are not censored by the server. Juniors should never speak out at players escalating issues or inciting players to further anger because of their language.
Administrative Level: 3; Full clan member ...
These players are regarded as a full .Be| Member in good-standing, because they have successfully passed the stadium of Recruit/Trial Member in all it's aspects of integrity, respect, fair play, balance, using good communications (such as main & private chat, Teamspeak, the Website, etc), and including how they adhere to the server rules. These players actively promote our clan and server, through their activity on our server & website, and through their consistent exemplary behavior, in all of their actions.
Administrative Level: 2; Recruit of the Belgium Fraggers ...
A recruit is an enlisted soldier. It also means a trial member, someone whom is submitted to a process of being tested. Someone given the rights to train and be watched by a recruiter and full admins of .Be|, for the potential future recruitment into the clan. He should be active on our server, respect all players & house rules, get familiar with clan life, not speak brash of anyone, and appear at trainings, stack nights, and have fun. This is the member that has been granted & whom has accepted the rights to wear the .Be| clan tag, for the duration of his recruitment evaluation period. This period is determined solely upon discretion of the recruitment council, with a guideline (but not a committed target) of 4 weeks.
Administrative Level: 1; Friend of the Belgium Fraggers/Server regular ...
A person you know well and regard with affection and trust. A friend provides support, whether financial or playing on our servers. These are members that are loyal without reservations. They are also those that are extremely busy with life and cannot obligate themselves to clan-life. There will be NO Levels given to anyone that is not playing mostly on .Be| servers, Friend or Foe, no exceptions. No one receives a Level 1 Protected-Friend unless they are a member at website. A friend of a clan, can help to attract players. An applicant is also, until enlistment, a friend. Ex-members, who are not awarded with Legendary status, also receive this level.
Administrative Level: 0; Guest ...
A visitor to whom hospitality is extended. His/Her rights on the server is to accept kindness and respect just like if you were to have him as someone special at your home. Show him around and never abuse someone as a guest. Give him the red carpet treatment. They have a possibility of coming a friend of the Belgium Fraggers, by being active on the server and by registering on the forums.

The Manager of the Board of Administrative Levels
The person, who's duty is to stay updated of administrative level-related changes within the clan. This individual must then also update the Board of Administrative Levels and, when necessary, update or change rank structure.
Communications Officer
The Communications Officer is a staff position of a section, whose assignment includes talking to a member, guest, or friend, when unsolvable, language barrier resultant, problems arise. The CO then steps in and hopes to resolve whatever issues there might be, in the native language of the player with the issue.
Interim Official
An Interim Official is a person who is filling an official role temporarily. This can be in between two other people, or when the normal person is temporarily unable to do it and somebody else must fill in temporarily or without following the ordinary protocol. He/She can be given or not given the administrative level, forum rights and other privileges in addition to the duties and responsibilities of the person he or she is non-permanently substituting. On the Board, the a mark [INT-(Rank)] will go behind the Interim's name. Rank will be replaced with the rank he's substituting, the abbreviation of the rank.
The word "Official" will be replaced with the person's rank whom the Interim is currently substituting.
Member of the Recruitment Council
A Member, otherwise known as a representative, of the Recruitment Council is a person who mainly deals with the evaluation of applications, but besides that can also evaluate Trial-Memberships and hand out promotions/demotions within the Community. The rights and duties of an RCM are pretty much the same than the whole Council. He/She also has the authority to change Clan Structure. These individuals must have at least some kind of a consensus and agreement in order to pass or deny any kind of change. They also have to report the changes to non-council members and especially the Section Leader and Recruiter of a section.
President of the Recruitment Council
The President of the Recruitment Council has all the rights that a normal Member of the Council has and additionally the rights of being a President. Those rights include leading the Members of the Recruitment Council, having a bigger influence in the Council than regular Members and making official announcements on the behalf of the entire Council.
Leader of the Scrim Team
A Leader of the Scrim Team has the right to create and vote in Scrim Team votes and decide, with the approval of the most of the Scrim Team, internal changes of the Scrim Team. Those decisions can be over-ruled, changed or co-voted on by High Administrators (9,10) of the Clan. Yet the Leader of the Scrim Team can appeal the High Administrator(s) decision to the Recruitment Council.
He or she has the right to update or create X-Fire page for the ST, TB page, etc. He or she can also create scrims against other scrim teams, scrim trainings, gun-train his or her Team and evaluate the ideas of ones Scrim Team Members. Due to the current absence of the "Warorga," in other words "War Organizer," the Scrim Leader also has the direct duties of the rank. They include organizing the above said rights about creating and planning scrim trainings, wars, etc., and commercially promoting his or her Team.
The Leader of the Scrim Team can also create new ranks for ones Team, if they do not include a promotion. Although this person may report good activeness and/or activities of an STM to the entire Clan, or more specifically, the Recruiter or Section Leader of the person's section.
Member of the Scrim Team
A Member of the Scrim Team has the rights to deliberate STL-created polls, votes and co-decide the internal affairs of the Scrim Team, when the Leader of the Scrim Team sees fit. He or she has the right to attend scrims against other scrim teams, scrim trainings, or suggest them to the Leader of the ST. A Member of the .Be| Clan, who is not in the Scrim Team, can gain a possibility of joining by sending an apply to a Leaders of the Team. Non-Clan Members do not have the right to join only the Scrim Team without joining the Clan itself.
